Needing someone who can integrate a barcode scanner into my WinForms Application. We would be wanting to use this in multiple parts of our application (different forms) Adding a tracking number to an order and a few other things. but initially its just getting something that listens for the barcode scanning and saves the string to a specified field so it can be used at a later stage. I do not want to have to click on a textbox to enable the barcode to scan. i want it to monitor for 100ms or something like that keydown event. I believe this is a very very simple job for someone that understands Point of Sale software. I additionally would like to draw a barcode image using the scanned code which i could then insert into my SQL database. With regards to the SQL stuff I am highly confident in getting this working myself I expect this is about 1 hours work for a experienced developer. The cheapest price will win this project.

Does the barcode scanner use a virtual serial port? If so please send me a message and we'll work something out. Also, You want an additional function to upload this to an SQL database? Sure i can do this. Please contact me regarding the price and the scanner :)
