I have experience using OpenCV with Python and C++, I would like to know how would the images be taken compared to the original I.e. if they are in front of the display or if it could change its angle

An inspection tool definitely costs more than $30. I can make program work using C++ / OpenCV. I will need a set of input images so I can train the system to precisely find segments on the display.
