As you are a renowned firm in UK so it's quite obvious that you are working with a huge data and change the date for each and every invoiceable item is not so easy. It is taking time and it is affecting on others work time as well. To resolve this problem you thought a solution of bulk edit. I want to make sure about some scenarios that the item which you want to edit is showing in a grid or not? I mean in your current scenario you are searching using some filter and then it is showing in an interface and are you edit from there? Is there any common attributes in your database for this 50 items? We will use those attributes to make changes in all. So, it will be better if you will share your database with us then we will map those and will give you a brief. We can give you an option where you will be able to enter the Item Id's and then there will be a date selection option to update the date. Can you explain us that how currently you are linking the drawings and components with site activities with table? Can you please give us a demo of your current application mean I want to map my understanding with what is happening in your current application. It will help me to give you a proper solution to make your application more robust. We don't want to make any false promises to our client that's why this is necessary to dig into your current application and database.

I have many years experience with Microsoft Access, and I'm currently operating Access 2013. Most notably, I used MS Access '97 to replace a paradox bonus system whilst working for British telecomm. Their existing system did not perform to requirements, and BT were quoted £750k to bring it up to scratch. I built the replacement system using Access, then maintained and updated it for 3 years. I understand MS Access at an expert level, including Visual Basic for Applications which is the coding language available in Access to enable creation of very flexible custom features.
