I am in UK and doing a market research in the housing sector. Specifically I am looking at planning applications that are submitted by builders and developers in the UK for the purpose of erecting new dwellings to meet the housing needs in different locations. I have come across a website which provides me some information but the problem is that once I get on this website I have to enter one POST CODE at a time and it will bring out all the planning applications in the area including those which are not relevant to my research (e.g planning applications for making alterations to existing dwellings) and I will have to start sorting out those which need manually from the hundreds of applications submitted which makes the work very slow. What I need is to develop a software that can enable me to search that specific information that I need from this website at a faster speed. i.e: I need to know planning applications submitted by developers for the purpose of erecting new dwellings. Can you assist to develop a software that can enable me to look for the specific information that I need and enable me to do my research faster? please do the following: 1. Where its shown - Search Radius - select 5 Miles 4. Where its shown - Sort by - select : Updated 5. Click Search - and on your left heard you will see a list of all applications made in that area (around that Post Code) 6. Now if you look closely - The Information of applications submitted will look like this: (Address: 2 Causeway Lane Cropston Leicestershire LE7 7GD Description: Replacement windows to dwelling. (Listed Building Consent) Status: REGISTERED Decision: Updated: 08 October 2014 keep this in mind: What I want is a software I can put on my computer such that when I got to the site I can lets say, enter the county and I can get ALL & ONLY all the planning permission applications for construction of new dwellings
