Need some who can create or convert an existing photo frame app written in xcode/objective c to html5, css, jquery that allows a user to upload a photo into a selected decorative photo frame (png), move and position the photo inside the frame and save final result.
I attached a screen capture of the app with full source code available. Application should be able to work within a browser using css, html5, and jquery.
