In the past 20 years I have worked (in-situ) for two international organizations (Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission, in San Diego, U.S.A, and the Food and Agriculture Organizations of the United Nations, in Victoria, Seychelles). A porting like this usually requires very good knowledge of Delphi's BDE (Borland's Development Environment), and its Microsoft counterpart (i.e. .NET framework). I certainly have both. Hello, I'm Mathieu, a senior C# developer with around 10 years of experience in development with .net framework. I'm also skilled in Asp.Net/C#, WPF, WCF, Ms SQL Server 2005 - 2012, Winforms, Html4/5, JQuery and much more. I'm not that much familiar with delphi but I already build one application in that language. It should be not too difficult for me to remember how it's working. So I can surely convert this application. I'm new on Freelancer.com so it's quite difficult to get a job as people tend not to trust.
