Hi, Here's my idea How I will do it- The web app will have 1 admin page where admin can check , track all attendance and do admin related task after login as admin. there will be another page where attendee can login and - 1: enter their work hours details in everyday or weekly basis which will be sent to their manager for review and whe when manager approves , it will get stored in db 2: they can check attendance details, list of holidays, 3: apply for leaves which will trigger a mail to respective manager and when manager approves,they can take the leave which will be auto updated to db. Many other functionalities can be included, please let me know how you want the web application to behave. I am a dot net developer having 3 years of working experience in a MNC. For database query I will use nhibernate as ORM which is most secure to use and SQL Server as db. Please message me if you want me to work in your project. Thanks.

i have 3+ years experience in developing asp.net applications with MS SQL as database. I think the best approach would be showing and submitting attendance reports in the form of a grid to the users. Users will have different permission levels and hierarchy so that the time-sheet submitted by a user go to its superior for approval.
