It's important to emphasis the somewhat narrow scope of what it is we're looking for
here. At the end of the day we work with Mortgage Lenders, exclusively. That is to say we do have referral business from previous clients. But that has nothing to do with this project.
Here we are focused on how to take the Mortgage Lenders we have as 1st Connections on LinkedIn and convert them into becoming one of our Referral Partners. What that means is that when a client comes to the Lender and their Credit Report and Credit Scores do not qualify for a Home Mortgage the Lender referrers their client over to us. We then work on the information in the Credit Report to raise the clients Credit Scores up to the point where they will qualify for a Home Loan.
In turn then with each of the Mortgage Lenders who are our 1st Connections they bring with them other connections of theirs who are then a 2nd Connection to us. The job then entails converting those 2nd Connections who are Mortgage related into being our 1st Connections and then converting them into becoming Referral Partners to us.
This is the easiest and simplest way for me to describe what this project entails. Here it's the new client who pays us for our services. The more clients who come to us through Mortgage Lenders the more profitable we become. So in the end, your task is to bring these Lenders along to where they refer their clients to us. They then pay us so that we can help them qualify to do business with the Mortgage Lender who referred them to us.
In the end, considering everything else out there in the world that can be done with a computer and social media, we are only focused on this simple process.
