Creation of an Intranet

We would like to create an intranet for our company for at least 20 users. The intranet will include for the moment a knowledge base where the employees will read and download processes. The knowledge base will be updated on a regular basis. There will be a section where people will manage their holidays requests by seeing the calendar of all the taken holidays of all their colleagues. Thus, they will be able to send a holiday request to their managers. Then, the managers will be able to send threw the intranet the acceptation / refusal of the request with the reason why. Another section must include some data / profile of all the employee. beyond these first sections, the intranet must be able to extend to a bigger size when we will develop new functions for it. Furthermore, we care about the ergonomics and the modern design of that intranet for it will be a mean of communication from the HR team and the managers to their coworkers.
