Create basic logo, theme, and Sharepoint website

Background: I have a diverse background with over 20 years as an employee of other companies helping manage Real Estate and corporate technology. In the past year, I made the jump and went into business on my own, creating a single Corporation that provides four distinct businesses lines/services: 1) IT Consulting services (ABC Business Solutions) 2) Real Estate Investment and Construction, (ABC Property Services) 3) Real Estate Sales (ABC Real Estate) 4) IT Technology Startup Investments (ABC Technologies) What I need help with: After a year of experience “on my own”, it’s now time to “step it up” and get a little more organized. My first step is to start from scratch again on my website and logo by setting up a basic SharePoint website and redoing my business cards. To accomplish this, I'm looking for an experienced person to help with the following: 1) Develop a Logo and color/design theme to represent the "brand" for the company and each business line...this will be used for #2 below. Experience in illustration design and SharePoint website "themes"...no coding required. 2) Using the information in #1 above, develop a single "basic brochure type" parent SharePoint website for the Corporation with "Child" websites for each of the business lines. Moderate experience with SharePoint site administration, design, and setup. 3) Develop the content that will be used in the above website for describing the company - background, services, and contacts. This will not require SharePoint experience, but will need writing skills to keep it simple for site visitors to understand the basics. Note: I want this to be a basic website using the ‘out of the box’ features of SharePoint to keep costs low and make it simple to make updates. I am in the process of developing another project to develop additional SharePoint “child” sites to help manage collaboration with individual clients and/or projects, but this is not within the scope of this project. Please understand, I am experienced technology professional that has the skills to develop the above, however, like any starting company, I need to spend a majority of my time maintaining and growing the business while working on a very limited budget. :?)
