Corel X3 VBA Macro/Script(repost)

We're looking for 2 short scripts to be written for the Use in Corel X3 that will perform bitmap to vector tracing.

I have attached a detailed word document for what needs to be done

We're looking for 2 deliverables -

One a code only version that can be shortkeyed in Corel

2nd Version is a small box that will allow the user to toggle between color modes.
