We have a Synology Diskstation 1513+ NAS. We need a good backup solution. We are using CrashPlan+ for cloud backup of our PCs but it is not "technically" supported for NAS backup to the cloud. There are various workarounds to be found on the internet, including on CrashPlan's own website, and also the Synology forums, etc that will allow us to back up our network mapped NAS drive.

I did what it said with CrashPlan, but unfortunately it didn't work. Plus the computer I am running CrashPlan on needs to be backed up to CrashPlan also, so can't point it only to the NAS, needs to be both.
Reading the blogs, it seems it will work, but it's all honestly all over my head. I need help from someone more knowledgeable about server administration.
Here are some other resources of ideas of how to do this.

If you can walk me through it or assist me with the coding so that it would work for me that would be perfect.
