We are a photography company that takes photos at parties. We have several packages and several options.
I want to make a webpage with an attractive form that would serve as our contract with clients. Clients would fill in things like: name of event, date of event, time of event, package choice, etc. They would also be able to see all of our package options and options for extra services and select which ones they want. In addition, these services each have a description and an option to learn more where they could view videos or photos explaining more about the service.
I must be able to edit the questions and prices on the form easily. I must have the ability to make multiple forms for different products we offer.
When done, user hits submit and form data is automatically entered into google calendar on the correct date with all info listed in google calendar details.
When user hits submit they are emailed a copy of their contract and I am emailed a copy of their transcript.
## Deliverables
There should be an option that says, "if you prefer to print out this contract and complete by hand, click here" this should link to a pdf with the same questions. If this is not possible, I should be able to link to a file that I create separately.
This is what the info currently looks like in Goggle Calendar. Each of these items would be automatically entered in on the appropriate date. Ideally, this would be able to pull up the address and calculate how many miles from our office:
