Creation of shaded area in Google Maps with Markers to be inserted into WordPress Page

I am needing to create a map for a WordPress site that will show an area of a county covered by a volenteer fire department. Also on the map there will need to be markers indicating the locations of the different fire stations. Obviously the map would need to be zoomable and the shaded areas needs to be accurate (i.e. lefthand of the street is covered i.e. shaded and righthand of the street is not covered or shaded.)
