The business I am selling is a General trading company - building materials. Big and highly profitable building materials trading company for sale. We are looking for opportunities to sell well-known, building materials trading company. Company has 4 branches with showrooms in main strategic locations in Dubai. Very low rent and expenses because our company in very old. Company selling all kind of building material and has very big database of regular customers. We are buying materials directly from manufactures from all world and this allow to us get good margin. Excellent locations - face to the main roads. Details: Location: 4 brunches in Dubai Year of establishment: 1990 Number of employees: 40 nos Size: more than 45,000 sq.ft. for all branches Yearly revenue: 25,000,000 AED Yearly net-profit: 7,000,000 AED Stock: 10,000,000 AED Assets: warehouses, land, transport and so on – average 10,000,000 AED Reason for sale: pension The construction industry in the UAE – one of the main industries, be sure this business with right owner and management will give very good profits and benefits for next 10 years and more.
