Due to growth, our real estate investment company is looking to bring on a Lead Manager to assist with the influx of inbound calling, outbound calling and lead tracking. The position is largely commission based depending on the amount of deals we close but our current Lead Manager is averaging $1,000 per month and this will continue to grow. Base pay starts at $200 per month during vetting period and will grow as the company grows. Resumes should include a small blurb about candidate and his/her interest in this position. This is an amazing opportunity for self-starting individual to grow with a real estate investment company based on Charlotte, NC. Requirements: Must be comfortable talking to potential clients and educating them on our business. When receiving and making calls, the potential candidate must present a friendly and amiable persona over the phone. Schedule must be open daily so the potential candidate is able to answer and make calls at varying times during the day throughout the week. Outbound calls will be follow up calls. The potential candidate must be skilled with Microsoft Excel and Google Drive to track leads and update notes. Company currently has a process for lead tracking that the potential candidate will be trained to use. Initiative to learn the process is a must. The potential candidate must be able to take exceptional notes when talking to leads and be able to drive the conversation to glean as much information as possible. Active listening skills will be a huge asset to the potential candidate. Potential candidate is responsible for a warm handoff of the lead to the Acquisition Manager. The lead manager will be responsible for lead and revenue generation through the development of additional strategies for acquiring leads that will supplement the current processes in place for lead generation.
