We are currently hiring for Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Representatives for a Leading E-commerce portal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and respond to inbound / Outbound calls.
• Provide required information to the customer on all e-commerce enquiries.
• Informs the customer of the estimated time of delivery for out of stock products.
Required Education and Experience:
• Minimum of 6 months experience in pre sales service
• Ability to speak fluent English, Hindi & Local Language
• Working expertise with Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
