Create my Ebook (NO Content needed)

I need a very experienced marketeer to create my first ebook! Please note that no content is needed! I have all the content written. So your job will be very easy! You will have just to create the PDF document that will hold the ebook in, add water marks on each of the pages... place and arrange the content in. estimated budget - 10$ (basically, just the water marks of my company on each page are something new to me) Additionally tasks. 1. if you are an experienced designer, I am also looking for a cover too. 2. if you are an experienced marketeer, I will be needing a title, subtitle and possible introduction. 3. If you are a very experienced marketeer, I will be needing a very short resume/description of the ebook, that will be placed in the e-shops along with its cover and price.
