I have .BAK database from a custom CMS site. I want queries run to extract data and turn it into XML files (one for each content type) that I can import into a fresh WordPress install. The .BAK is 154MB. Final files must be able to imported into WordPress. I'm concerned with page and post-type content, not with users or other complex metadata.

Hi; I guess the .bak files are from a Sql Server DB. (They might be anything else, as .bak extension is pretty generic) If it's a readable file (not a proprietary format created with some "egzotic" software) I can first insert data into my SQL Server, run queries to extract posts, then put the results into XML files per category. This is a job type I deal with quite a lot, as I transformed many CMS-based old sites to WP, including some custom, proprietary CMSs. I dont ask any upfront payment.
