Greeting. This look like interesting project and I hold hand on experience in such conversion projects. The project involved staging data from various sources to one common place, profile the data to check if landing in staging are meets the standard, may need to clean some data (user may be contacted to verify the cleansing rules), transform the data per business need and finally load the data in the target database. Also we need to define a audit process to account total records conversion. We can take it further as there are many unknown factors like no of sources databases, type of databases, volume of data, target data model. Thanks.
