DB needed for storing html and fields (ASAP)

Im trying to save some time on a project that my team is working on so i want to get this built and then be able to give it to them to work with in the larger app

this page is the page that we will use to build html content and all of the associated items related to the html content page

in 1 content item here are the things we need to store

The items we need to store in the file system should be in a path like this

PageID=guid (like this 2459) try to make sure it is always at least 4 digits for the ID

your devlierable is a sql script and db, a visio of the structure

the next scope will be to make a form to write and do all this stuff.

I want all data access via a DAL and with stored procedures so make sure to code this nicely. We are picky so make sure you code is commented and ready to be reviewed

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
