Affliliate Marketing Manager

Seeking a Online & Affiliate Marketing Manager reporting to the President. Excellent organizational and communication skills and an entrepreneurial can-do spirit are key requirements. The position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and growing our Affiliate and SEM channels. This position will work closely with our marketing team and will be responsible for developing the overall strategy and direction for each program. Build and monitor forecasts, develop new partnerships, and drive engagement of existing relationships. He/she will act as the primary liaison with all Affiliate Networks and Paid online marketing vendors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop overall Affiliate strategy, planning and budgeting and proactively identify areas of improvements in program management processes and implement solutions. Create marketing tools including banner ads and text links. Stay updated on Affiliate and Paid Search Industry trends and developments. Handle all communications with affiliate partners via phone and email, and help them to grow. Affiliate platform is on Referssion.
