I would like a Joomla expert to do some work on my website.

The work involves:
1) Making the website stand out and look better. I would like a freelancer that can make suggestions and use some initiative to make my website look and work better, changing the look of articles to make the site look very professional, changing the background, possibly the logo, etc.
2) Making some pages and placing some web links on those pages
3) Arranging modules to make the website user friendly
4) Make the site mobile friendly
5) On site SEO
6) Adding my website to other search engines
7) Put my icon on the browser tab
8) Make it possible for advertisements to be placed on my website from other businesses.
9) Place the installed play thru captcha into the "contact advertiser" area of the site, instead of the recaptcha
I am looking for a freelancer that is looking for ongoing hourly work, making changes to my site (possibly a few times a month) as the site progresses.
