Looking to hire a web designer for new general contracting business. The website will be basic in design but intuitive for the user to navigate. Elements of flash (and flashy code) is also required to help with aesthetics. Also needs to be graded high and SEO friendly. The ability for me to maintain it is also important after design is complete (offers for maintenance will be accepted). Send bid with price and samples. FACTA Fix would be happy to work with you on this project. Joomla is definitely a good way to go, especially if you want to do some of the maintenance yourself. However, getting a good ranking goes way beyond just maintaining the site and having it "optimized" ... search engine marketing and social media are key components, and these are on-going efforts that are required for any web site to have a chance at being found. Without knowing many more details, it is not possible to project the true effort, cost, or value of what we can provide. If I were to ball park it, I would estimate $400 - $600 for the site, and then $300 - $600 / month for marketing. You would pay more than that for a small newspaper ad or something in the yellow pages, and no one uses those anymore. Let me know if you wish to have a conversation about this to further discuss it.
