Computer wizard needed to help with company set up

Hi, I'm in the process of setting up my online retail business and am looking for a computer wizard to help me with general tasks on a freelance hourly basis. Tasks include: integration of mail chimp, facebook fan page set ups, setting up social media campaigns and generally driving traffic to my website, coming up with cunning ideas on how to sell more products, helping to set up computer based accounts system and generally being an amazing computer geek type wonder wizard. I'm looking for someone who has excellent written and spoken English. Who understands business start -ups. Who can help me with new ideas on how to run my business more effectively & efficiently. I'm a start up so haven't got a lot of money to spend, but I'm hoping to find someone that can grow with my company and to create a long lasting relationship. I've got loads of contacts who also run their own businesses so there's huge scope for lots of other word of mouth contacts and work.
