This article is about my journey as an au pair in Finland. This job change me a lot. I was a spoiled girl but now since I became an au pair, I learnt new culture about foreigner, met new people with different personalities has change my self and my mind to be more open minded and more responsible. Now I more love my life. I was hopeless now I changed to be a happy indeoendent [url removed, login to view], all I say is I love Finland, although the weather is so cold, sometimes it could be -30° in winter. Its so dark during the winter time but would be really nice in [url removed, login to view] I came to Finland, I have to do some procedure in my home country to enter Finland. It was quiet easy for the process and usually it would takes 1-4 month for the decision if my permit application is accepted or [url removed, login to view] luckily it took only a month for the decicion and the result was [url removed, login to view] time I arrived to Finland, it was pretty cold for me. My destination is Ranua. A remote area in north Finland where we can see amazing nothern lights. Finnish people are nice though they're not really open at the first [url removed, login to view] an Au Pair I used to live with host family who hosting me to live in Finland, they should cover The Au Pair pocket money which is 280 € for the standart pocket money in Finland, provide separate rooms due to The Au Pair needs, foods, health insurance and Language course. All the thing should be accepted by the parties (the host family and the au pair) and also should be written in the contract.
