ArchViz renderings

Hi,
We are looking for a skilled person or studio that can create ArchViz renderings from architectural 2D drawings/plans.
External renderings.
Due to non-disclosure reasons we can't post the actual plans, but in attachement you can find some images from a very similar project.
This is the feeling we are going for .. suny, warm atmosphere .. a lot of green foliage .. rich in props ..
As for quality of rendering .. the example is the absolute minimum .. we actually prefer a bit more detailed lighting, texturing, ambient occlusion, GI, reflections, shadows ..
We will be needing 4 images in total ... A3 at 300 dpi (4960px x 3507px)
Please sent us a link to the portfolio on your website or a pdf with a selection of your work.
We know it's hard to get a correct quote with this little info but we would appreciate it if you could give a general figure.
If we like your work we will provide you with the actual drawings/plans to give you the opportunity to fine-tune your final quote.
