Anatomical Body Animation

I need a semi-transparent anatomical body model animation created which will rotate 360 degrees - specific muscle groups illuminated as they appear to the viewer during rotation - remaining highlighted for an additional rotation or two. This will be used in both SD and HD video demonstrations.
The approximate duration should be around 20 seconds. The muscle-groups illustrated/illuminated are specific to the core-belt (abdominals, obliques, serratus, gluteus, lower back, and hamstrings (posterior chain).
I'd like the model to look high-tech with a semi transparent blue-ish dermis and an alpha channel allowing me to drop out the background when necessary. I have attached an image of the overall look I'm seeking - disregard the spinal details.
I am primarily concerned with displaying the musculature of the core-belt; the remainder of the model does not require muscular, organ or skeletal detail.
This project is suited for an individual who is proficient in medical/anatomical modeling and already has an archive of body models, muscles, etc, allowing rapid completion of the work. My budget will not allow for ground-up creation of this relatively straight-forward design.
This is the first of what will be a total of 4-6 similar animations; I will gladly give all future work to the right individual.
My budget is $100.00+ Freelancer fee for this project. I will also use the services of a good animator for the remainder of the projects I have plus I will have additional needs in the near future.
