I have worked for some of the best companies in their respective industries. I have been involved in the whole process in recruitment and HR. I have been sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, working with documents, cross checking reference, final interviews, tracking candidates using Excel or any ATS software, contracts and legal requirements, travel arrangements, welcome packages, orientation meetings, training and development and a lot more.
