I am looking for someone to write backend of a very simple eBay like site with social logins. I will write the entire UI. I want someone to write the Backend for me. I would like the BE to be written in python on Google App Engine.

Hello, I would like to help you with this project. I suggest building the backend based on Django, with libraries like python-social-auth and tastyPIE (for building REST API). Well since you want to have it running on GAE, it has to be django-nonrel rather than stock django. Please provide some extra details about Ebay's specific features you want to implement, otherwise it's a rather vague description. Regards, Stas.

Python have plenty of open source libraries for online payment and social network connecting. This project would be easy if use Django as the low level backend and communicate with frontend via JSON API.
