I can proofread this for you very quickly. I have plenty of experience with Japanese video game terminology. (RPG's etc) I've taken a look at the sheet you have and whoever translated it....didn't actually translate the names into Japanese. Essentially, all he did was transliterate them in Japanese, so a Japanese person would likely not understand the names of these items, but he would be able to pronounce them in English Let me give you an example of what he did using Japanese to English as an example. The following characters translate into "food" : 食べ物 If I were to transliterate them into English it would be this: tabemono. This tells you how to pronounce the characters, but not what they actually mean. (which would be "food") I can correct this to actually provide the meaning of the words in Japanese.
