Hi there, I'm a mechanical engineer with over 15 years experience in designing, modeling, prototyping and effective manufacturing of different products, ranging from consumer goods to alternative energy systems. I could design your gear with exat ratio as you desire, all I need is to tell me the diameter of the in/out shafts. Will be also useful to know the bushing you intend to use and the case of the gear. I supose you'll 3D print the pinions so I'll deliver you the stl file (but also other CAD format).

After you send me details of the product requirements I will do a conceptual design and confer with you to make any changes as required before proceeding with detailed design. The final design will be documented including price and performance estimates, and will include 3D drawings in sldprt or a universal format (step, iges, etc), as well as manufacturing drawings if necessary.
