Hi there, I'm a mechanical engineer with over 15 years experience in designing, modeling, prototyping and effective manufacturing of different products, ranging from consumer goods to alternative energy systems. I could design your accesory and create an animation which to show how it looks and operate. The price with I bid is so high, because you don't have the 3D model, so I have to made by myself. What I'll deliver: 3D model in usual CAD format (stl - for 3D printing, daa and obj for embeding into websites), 3D pdf - so you'll be able to open/view with the regular Acrobat Reader, and the animation (mp4) showing your product.

I would like to introduce myself and thank you for considering my bid. I am a California EIT mechanical design engineer for a business unit of Curtiss-Wright, in the commercial nuclear power industry. I perform engineering design and flow analysis using SolidWorks for custom Nozzle Check valves, as well as design and troubleshooting efforts for legacy control valves from both Marotta and Circle Seal Controls. I graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering during May of 2012. It is an honor and a privilege to be considered for this freelance opportunity. I am the designer and draftsman for all valves I work on, and my machining and assembly drawings are high quality and conform to ANSI Y14 standards. I take a very exact approach to my drawings, with a heavy regard for tolerance, stacking of tolerances, machinist feasibility, GD&T, and dimensional completeness. I have drawn many, many valve designs and have learned what makes the most sense for mechanical mating parts as far as choosing how to dimension and define a part with precision fits, complex geometry, and gas/liquid sealing requirements for metal-to-metal seats or resilient elastomeric seats. My tolerance selections are based on ANSI B4.1 and operational experience in the valve industry.
