I am a locally based 3D Mechanical designer with relevant experience in CNC Machine Design, electronics, construction and operation and am currently putting together the final pieces of my own latest cnc plasma cutter (4.5m x 2.5m) All of my design work is done exclusively in 3D so all machine parts will be drawn up as a 3D model as per hobbytronics datasheets before any design work is undertaken. I have reviewed in detail, all of your listed parts on the hobbytronics website and have a good idea of what you are trying to achieve. some of the items listed I already have drawn up in 3D as per international standards. I am also in contact with local laser cutters in my area & have my own electronics to do testing and fine tuning or even assembly if necessary, I have the following at my disposal : 2x control boards (Probotix 4 axis and Chinese 5 axis) 6x Drivers (three bipolar drivers and three Unipolar Chopper drivers) all 3.5 Amp 6x Nema 23 429 oz-in stepper motors (3x probotix Unipolar & 3x chinese bipolar) 1x Nema 17 stepper motor (unipolar) Please note that assembly & testing of the machine by me would incur additional costs.
