I am Kartik, Cofounder of Healthera Engineering pvt ltd. We are a start-up based out of IIT-Bombay's business incubator SINE. Healthera's aim is to provide access to affordable and quality sanitary napkins to women at the bottom of the pyramid. We intend to do this by providing women entrepreneurs with fully automatic, compact desktop machines that can produce sanitary napkins. We are also designing a completely new product in indian market, which is a vending machine for sanitary napkins. For the same product we require the electronics to be made. There would be features and sensors placed in vending machine to give info on stacking, and controls will be needed for processing coins being accepted/rejected, sms delivery if napkin stock is reduced a lot etc. This product has a huge demand in schools, and it would be very useful for school girls who require sanitary pads in cases of emergencies.

Dear Kartik, I serched about the system. The coin/currency detection as well as delivery of sanitary napkin is a system level issue. If the part of electronic can be segregated then a system can be designed. I understand the system is for mass production then it has to be cheap to manufacture. We are a team of two engnieers.
