I have over eight years of experience in formatting and editing PowerPoint presentations. I noticed that there are some word overlaps on the slides such as what was occurring on slide 4 and 29. Additionally, I noticed words running off of the slides themselves. My plan of attack, if awarded this project, would be:
1. Ensure same font is used throughout the presentation.
2. Reduce font size of presentation to ensure all words are legible.
3. Ensure that there are no spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors.
Additionally, I noticed that most of the slides have a massive amount of words on them, so they look cluttered. I have learned that utilizing a 6x6 rule of thumb makes all the slides more legible and when installed into SmartArt, makes the presentation easier on the eyes. If you approved, I would move the paragraphs of text into the speaker's notes and create a clean SmartArt bullet (aka list of talking points) for each slide. I even know how to make the SmartArt into 3D images.
On top of all of these services, I offer voice-over for the slides. In other words, once I clean up the slide and take care of the animation, I can actually read the long text (aka speaker's notes) and have all of it timed to where each slide automatically transitions and the voice recording advances with the animations.
