Changing Names And Address on photoshop - open to bidding -- 2

Hello, I am a professional gambler looking for some to change names and address and sometimes dates on photoshop inorder to give the bookies the documents they require to activate accounts. for exapmple this is an email i recieved where my friend doesnt have to types of proof of address Dear Ms. Stubbings, Thank you for your message. Therefore we cannot accept any online statements. This is my problem.
