Hello Everyone, I am looking for someone who is expert in [login to view URL] any images into perfectly composed monochrome(Black and White preferred). 2. Potential to convert little over exposed images into a perfect one. 3. If required, should be capable to improve the composition of an image. We are looking for a person on long term basis. Number of images is purely based on our project assignments. On an average for an outdoor shoot you may get 3 to 4 pictures and for wedding orders it will 15- 25 images. Check if you are a right person:- 1. Person must be available on any of the communication channels. 2. We need a response on project accepted or not within 5 hours of our assignment. 3. Hater of followup emails. We generally do not like to disturb our team with followup emails Instead we wish our team do not enforce me into such situation. Bid your amount on per image.
