Animate logo from a photoshop file

Want to animate this psd logo and get a 1920 x 1080 file back preferably a prores file if you have only pc h264 or dnx file will work. I would like the bird on left to enter first from left and hit its center point then the bird from right to slam into the bird and the writing on bottom come from bottom and slam into the two birds and complete the log and have his eyes light up in red once the logo has been complete. I ask for someone who is good in after effects as my next project is in June will require rotoscoping, motion tracking and keying and want to build a relationship with someone whose proficient in adobe after effects because like to have a working relationship when I move into that project
