Alter some Images

I have created a single image consisting of 8 separate images photoshoped with Gaussian blur of about 10 pixels and Posterized for 10 levels. I am looking to have 5 key colours of this image extracted to create a colour pallet which will be used to create our corporate identity. The colours be used to guide our logo createion and be included in our website as backgrounds, headers etc. From the provided image (jpg and photoshop version will be provided) I need the following completed Part A: I am looking to extract 5 colours from this image as follows 1. The Yellow from the 1st Image (top left) 2. A blue from the 2nd image (top right) (there is a bright blue) 3. Orange from the 3rd or 4th Images 4. Green from the 5th Image or the small image on the bottom 5. cyan from the last image I would like these laid out in vertical layers (an example will be provided) Output Part A:A jpg or photoshop format named PartA Part B: Apply lighten the top 3rd of all colours and darken the bottom 3rd . I believe this may be done through layers with the top set to soft light and the bottom a black with opacity adjusted as necessary (the result will be 15 different colours based on the original 5) Output Part B: A jpg or photoshop format named PartB PartC: an Opaque tint be added by adding a layer of solid red and setting opacity to 40% or similar and then repeated as Green and then repeated as Blue Output Part C: 3 jpg or photoshop format files named PartCRed,PartCGreen, & PartCBlue respectively.
