brochure + flyer design

Hello I need a brochure for a company that provides IT solutions to schools. I can provide the images and the content, you must design a nice brochure and a flyer for us (you may, be asked to provide images to fill up, but nothing too hard to get) And you must create some kind of scheme to explain the product (simple with arrows and logos), so keep this in mind while bidding. The brochure measures 215,9 mm wide and 279,4 mm tall (a letter sized paper) and I picture ir as a diptic printed in both sides, but Im open to sugestions. The flyer measures 120mm wide and 150mm tall and is also printed in both sides. Both are in full color. I need it to be done as soon as possible so if you cant achieve full satisfaction in a short period of time (2-3 days max) do not bid, meaning if you cannot keep CONSTANT updates on the job so you work with me, do not bid since I wont pay if you are not able to send me regular updates to meet the deadline on time. I am looking for quality so we can work out the deadline if your work is excellent. Ability to speak spanish is an asset, but not a must since the brochures are in spanish, if you believe you cant handle it do not bid. **Puedo explicar lo mismo en castellano si ganas el proyecto.** Please send samples of previous brochures or flyers so I can see the quality of your work. Create in Photoshop and final copy submitted in .PSD I may need another project (a roller banner and a signup counteirfoil) if this works out, so you can make 2 quotations (one for the flyer+brochure and one for the banner+counterfoil) if you wish and I will open another bid.
