Background removal and possible digital enhancements to product photography

I have a total of between 154 - 160 product shots that require removal of background. You will receive the files as DNG (digital negative), and will be required to have the background removed. The path that selects the images need to be saved as well and everything to be returned in PSD (Photoshop) format with layers for the selected item. If you can remove unwanted reflections as well, please state so. Sample image of the removal of background as shown. File sizes should not be changed, and original size expected on completion. Kindly include in your bid the number of hours it will take, as well as your total costing for this. All images need to be completed by latest 5 May 2014.

Recently he finished a shoot for hard tools, I help him with the editing part i.e removal of background to divide the workload.
