Design New Forum for Website

Hello Designers! I currently have a Vbulletin forum I designed myself... You can view it here: [login to view URL] The forum is growing rapidly everyday and I would like to have it redesigned because the skin looks old and the site looks cluttery. Here is some examples of the kind of forums I really like the design of: [login to view URL] (made with Vbulletin) [login to view URL] (made with phpBB, I don't mind switching if I can...) [login to view URL] As you can see in the Designers Talk forum it has a very simple and clean interface... But it has also been HIGHLY customized compared to the original Vbulletin theme. Not overly to a point where its impossible, but it has been customized... I really like the fact they took away "Posts" "Threads" count and put them underneath eachother... I like the font, color combination etc. This is for the DESIGN only. I want only professional GRADE A designers to submit... Web 2.0 beautiful designs only! Who have knowledge of different forum solutions and know how vbulletin, phpbb, etc. work. THE FORUM DESIGN NEEDS TO BE COMPLETELY CUSTOM. No skimping on anything. Meaning Members page, Main page, Control Panel, EVERYTHING needs to be reworked into a custom design. Usability is KEY and SIMPLICITY is A-MUST! If you feel you have another forum solution or any kind of solutions I am open to suggestions so feel free to speak your mind. I want top quality designers and I am willing to pay a fair price.
