Designer with Flash Knowledge

We need a Desinger who is expert in Flash and other Graphics softwares and animations tooo. The Main role would be to make the Flash AND also convert the Flash Files into DVD format OR you can make DVD what ever is in the FLash using any grpahic software. The quality of Video should not be effected nor the sound. You are free to use any methods to make DVD BUT the quality should not get effect. It should be crystal clear This is a Long Term Project as we have more than 100 Flash Files to be made and 50 Flash to be converted into DVD format. All projects will be posted one by one on RAC. Please send us your price and TimeFrame to 1. Making a New FLash with images provided by us 2. To convert the FLash File into DVD. Flash is ready with us FLA would be given. The 50 Flash whcih we have are approx more than 22 MB each and have lost of Action Scripts as per our deisnger. We would only ive sourrce to a selected provider. I dont know whats are action scripts, the previous deisnger told me that it my FLA file has many action scripts so I passed the message to you guys. You can remove the action acripts if you want. What I think of action scripts are Clickable buttons such as Sound Voloume Up and DOwn and few ouse clicks. If you you can remove that. If I am wrong please let me know what are actions scripts. Basically we just want DVD format and New FLASH with crystal clear quality
