Create (responsive) mailchimp template

Dear freelancers, We created four email newsletter designs that we want to have converted to use in mailchimp. In these newsletter designs the hear and footer is the same, but the elements are different. Basically (besides the header and footer) we need 7 different elements created, the rest is HTML. I have numbered the elements in the attachment. These are: 1 - Title 2 - header with logo and navigation 3 - footer with unsubscribe 4 - all promotions & a banner with text 5 - two images with title, text and link 6 - jpg banner 7 - the same as 4, then with an image to the right 8 - products with image, title, text, and price 9 - images with title, and two links 10- jpg image 11- images with text below 12- three jpg images 13- image on the left, and five images next to it 14- jpg banner 15- five products on a row with title, text and price 16- the same as 15. For every mail we will insert the images and text ourselves, so no DB connection needed. Please create the elements in mailchimp so that you can insert in an email any of the elements that I want. So if I want for instance element 7, 8 and 15 in an email, that must be possible. Also please make sure that the template is readable on mobile devices. Looking forward to your reactions!
