auction website I'm looking for someone to seperate codes into tables for easy install

I have a auction website which was free to download. They state in the download you can download it change it however I like. I decided their was to many free auction website scripts out thier and i'm on a shoe string budget, their is also several other free versions on the web to pay for one. I was just looking for a free website that has all the functions i'm looking for in a auction and the ability to change things around as I wish and this one has them. I know how to build html and javascript websites but thats it. The website is php and mysql/css. I paid the owner already to install it on godaddy. But the website looks to be written in a front page templet or something? Basically I want each function like Search, Password, the search results, choose a catagory,listing options ending soon, ect... and also in the admin area..... all to be on seperate pages in a simple changeable grey table. That way i can cut it and paste it inti my hmtl. I don' want any of coad to be in a unchangeable templete like it is. So that I can create the tables myself and the way it looks myself and cut and paste the php coad needed in the area on the in the html coad where I would like it. Right now it looks as if its in a unchangeable templete. Also I dont want banners or some the functions that might be in the php coad. I just want a more simpler site to use with just my church friends, on my personal website. So I want the unwanted coad removed. Then afterward make sure its All working properly. I'm also wanting a totally seprate encrypted password needed and requested when Entering into the account info area. In seen a free virtual password keyboard on wareseeker I think looked cool so if thats the one you feel should be installed i'll have it done. I Would like to know how much "more" to have the option to have a internal email system installed so messages to be sent to the seller and back in the with all messages to be saved in a file for a with a choice of 1-12 months brofre the system wipes them out. Currently it only emails your email if theirs a question. For the admin to reveiw if need. If this goes ok i'll probally ask more php funtions to be installed. also for some reason the name of the site is written in about every other line so i'm worried that my freinds credits card info might end up on their site or something so if that could be removed or at least if you could tell me if it should be removed by me it that would be helpfull. I only have so much money at a time so if it to exspensive I might pay for new options when I get anther paycheck. So that would have to be ok.
