Modifying the mTouch quiz Wordpress Plugin

I am looking for a computer programmer who is familiar with the wordpress plugins.
I would like to hire someone to alter the open-source wordpress plugin called mTouch Quiz.
What I need the plugin to do is
1) user must login (email, password)
2) send an email to the user with the results when the quiz has been completed.
3) add final results to a database
I am a computer programmer myself and I have worked out all the parts like the database and email, just need to know where to place to code?
