b2Evolution PHP Company Blog Project

I need experts in b2Evolution to write me and let me know if you can make a blog for multiple admins, blogs, and members.

-Multiple Admins with all priviledges.

-Some admins have priviledges to single blogs arenas.

-Some admins have priviledges to all blogs arenas.

-Multiple Blog arenas (for example, many members under 1 blog idea, but they do not contribute to the same blog, rather they use a this blog as a template for their personal blog)

-Multiple Members per blog with access only to the personal blog that they are assigned via an administrator.

-Members can add and upload but not edit. They can only view their own added content. They cannot view other members content.

For members, there will be a drop down category list that they will fill in content for. For example, they will select from a drop down "movies" and then talk about movies. The text box and the category will always be visible. No screen jumps until submit. Also, under this textbox and category, the previous entries will be visible. But only for THIS member. No one besides admins can enter this members blog.

I need EXPERTS ONLY in b2evolution for corporations, not individuals. IF you do not know how to do this easily, then do not apply or email me. You must show me a blog site for a company that you have personally set up. I will then send you further screen shots.
