I need a very simple calculator that would determine savings by numbers entered. They are only 4 boxes to enter numbers: 1. Number of 5 gallon wer bottles used per month. 2. cost per water bottle. 3. number of water coolers in use. 4. monthly rental cost per water cooler. The formula to calculate what is being sent would be using the previous: ((#1 * #2) * #3) + #4 = "currently spent".
Currently spent would be reported, then another field would report the result of $39.99 * 12. These two fields would be reported under the calculator and if there is a savings we will report what the savings is. If there is not a savings, then we put contact information to call.
