It seems that you are in need of a chat service similar to Facebook messenger that could possibly serve as a way for you to communicate with your customers. I am an experienced Javascript, PHP, and Node.js programmer. I have created multiple working real-time communication services for clients in the past and am knowledgeable in all of the web interfaces necessary for this project. In this project, I plan to create a API using Node.js as the backend, which will be accessed over a secure HTTPS connection, keeping the information over the chat service private. I will then design a web interface using HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, and AJAX to make use of this API. The User Interface will be pleasant, simple, and easy to use.
